For more than 22 years, Andrea Taylor-Timothy has worked in management, building experience across human resources, marketing, financial planning, sales training and practice-management education.

As President of Northbound Consulting, Andrea leads the team and oversees the quality and direction of the company’s consulting services and management training programs. Northbound’s consultants and trainers work directly with clients, while Andrea ensures they have the systems, resources and support needed to deliver consistently high-quality consulting and practical training that help practices achieve meaningful results.

Andrea is a practical problem-solver with an ability to identify what is really happening, work through complex challenges and turn ideas into clear, workable solutions. At the heart of her leadership is a genuine interest in helping people grow.
