My introduction to Janice and Bob Wheeler of Northbound Consulting Inc., dates back to the 1990’s, during a time of personal and business challenges. I was not always able to see the direction I needed to go and would often drift off course. When I signed up, I immediately had a business coach and we worked out a plan and the path to achieve it. I could then refocus my efforts in the right direction; something I could not figure out how to do before.

The one-on-one approach for the training, gets superior results. Proper business decisions get made based on an analysis of weekly statistics and following simple formulae. The private consultations smoothed any bumps along the way by addressing my own personal questions. The net result has been a marked improvement in monthly production accompanied by an increased level of communication with both patients and staff. By the time I completed the program I felt I had all the tools necessary to be in control of all aspects of the practice.

I attended my first webinar with Janice this week and I am very excited to share that she has such great insights on best practices for managing a business.
